- Defective or Damaged Items: If your item is defective, damaged, or has a manufacturing flaw, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Incorrect Item Received: If we sent you the wrong item, let us know within 30 days of delivery so we can correct it.
- Order Not Received: If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us for support.
- Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, notify us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return process:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@soxee.store with your order number and reason for return.
- Follow Return Instructions: We’ll send you a return authorization along with step-by-step return instructions.
- Prepare the Item: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Pack the item securely.
- Ship the Item: Return it to the address provided in the instructions. We recommend retaining your shipping receipt as proof of return.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund according to the situation:
- Defective or Damaged Items: You’ll receive a full refund, including original shipping costs.
- Incorrect Items: A full refund will be issued, and we’ll cover return shipping costs.
- Order Not Received: If confirmed undelivered, we’ll issue a full refund.
- Order Cancellation: If canceled before shipping, a full refund will be processed promptly.
4. Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after we receive your return. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the funds in your account.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as final sale or non-returnable cannot be returned or refunded.
